I met Cayce in 2011, and first found about some documentary project she was working on about her late grandmother in early 2012. I want to say it's been a while that I've known about the project, but of course Cayce holds the trump card because she's been working on this since that fateful day in 2009 when the Betty Rockwell story quite literally fell into her hands.
In the years since I had heard about this story, things had really changed for me. I went from a college student and actor and had transformed into a film producer. I worked on personal projects, commercial projects, and narrative projects that went on to do incredible things like screen at the Cannes Film Festival. However, nothing I've done compares to this documentary film.
